“I recently stayed at the InterContinental Chantilly Chateau Mont Royal. Overall, the hotel's service level is exceptionally high, and the staff are incredibly professional. In particular, I would like to highly commend Mr. Alexander, hotel manager, for his outstanding hospitality. He truly went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. However, the cleanliness of the room definitely has room for improvement and unfortunately did not live up to a 5-star standard. Upon checking into our room, we were shocked to find that the toilet still had visible waste residue left inside. While the management and front-of-house service were excellent, a luxury hotel must maintain impeccable hygiene standards. I hope the housekeeping team can look into this issue to ensure it doesn't happen to future guests.”

Paul and Ulrich always welcomed us at the restaurants with the warmest smiles. We visited as a family and enjoyed the Chantilly baking classes with Chiara, who is an absolute sweetheart. We also spent time walking in nature and relaxing by the pool. I highly recommend visiting the InterContinental Hotel. A wonderful experience from start to finish.”

“Thanks Ekaterina for a great service, and Anna in spa. Restaurant is good (would like to have wider menu and bar or conference room which is open 24h). The only one problem is gym. Everything was Brocken there, all machines. And would like to go to pool in the evening which was closed, and to do cardio before breakfast, but gym was closed. Also would be better for guests who like healthy lifestyle to make gym 24hours open. Location is amazing. Rooms and cleaning was great. Just small details to make it perfect.”
